The RM Unify service has been available and stable for a number of days since the last incident.

We are pleased to report that the glow service has now stabilised. However as no root cause has been identified this remains under close monitoring. We do not expect to provide further updates at this stage unless the situation changes significantly.

Further to our first update, users may currently not be able to log into Glow. This has been escalated to our supplier.

We are aware of some issues with slow RM Unify performance this morning. Our supplier is taking steps to improve performance and we will continue to monitor this closely.
