This incident has been resolved and the RM Unify service is performing as expected. Our supplier has already made changes to improve service resilience to avoid similar issues in future and has a range of further improvements identified and planned.

We are pleased to report that the glow service has now stabilised. However as no root cause has been identified this remains under close monitoring. We do not expect to provide further updates at this stage unless the situation changes significantly.
