We have discovered an intermittent issue with accessing OneDrive and SharePoint in our O365 Tenancy. Users may receive a "Server busy" error message. This may also affect access to O365 tiles via RM Unify.

As a workaround, users can browse to https://portal.office.com, however, OneDrive and SharePoint may still be impacted.

We have raised a support ticket with our suppliers to investigate and identify the root cause of the issue.
