Microsoft have identified the root cause of this issue as a network failure at one of their 3rd party providers. This has been rectified and Office 365 services have returned to normal operational status.

Users may be unable to access multiple Microsoft 365 Services. Additionally, users who are able to access services may experience latency.

Microsoft are currently investigating this incident to identify the root cause and return service to an operational state. Further updates to follow.
